This is why I hate answering the phone.
Me: Blah blah, how can I help you?
Young Lady: I'm trying to upload pictures to you website but it's only letting me do one at a time.
Me: I can't really help you with that but there is a number on the site to call.
YL: I called but they don't open until 10. (It was 9:15 ish)
Me: Yeah, still can't help you.
YL: Is there anyway I can access my photos from your kiosk?
Me: We don't have a way to upload photos to our website from the store.
YL: My photos are on Google Photo and it's only letting me upload one at a time. I'll just have to go somewhere else to print them.
Me: Still can not help you. We can maybe take pictures from Instagram or Facebook or if the pictures are on your phone or flash drive you can come into the store to print them.
YL: So I can't access Google Photos to upload them because it's only letting me do one at a time. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to print them.
Me: No, I gave you options and you didn't like them.
YL: Guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else to print them.
Me: Okay, have a nice day.
This isn't a word for word account of this conversation. I was much more businesslike in answering this girl. But the gist of the conversation is there. You can keep asking me questions but it's not going to magically change reality.
