Sorry I lean a bit more towards the customer I mean she called you a dear and she just insisted that the sheets didn't need to be changed.

It wasn't the fact that she wanted clean sheets that bugged nor was she being mean spirited about it. I need to get a certain number of rooms done by a certain time. So when a lady stands in the doorway for nearly ten minutes bringing up the subject then insisting that she doesn't need them changed over and over it wastes my time. If something bugs you enough to address the subject then you obviously want it done. If it's not a problem then just let it go.
