So, I'm sitting at the spa front desk doing a bit of management stuff, and my coworker is speaking to a caller. All I hear is her end of the conversation:

CW: Yes, our estheticians can do waxing services.

CW: No, we don't do manzillians.

CW: Yes, we can do massages.

CW: Yes, they are all registered.

CW: Do we do 'happy endings? NO!

It was all I could do to not burst into laughter before she hung up the phone. We get all sorts of calls here, I swear.

And as for a happy ending, surely a customer who is satisfied upon finishing the experience is what you're always aiming for?
