We have an...interesting customer who has unfortunately become a regular in my Bakery dept.
He orders custard cups approximately twice a month. And will return them 2 days later because they're "no good" The reality is, he's ordering too many, and not getting to the last 2 packages, and so is returning them for his money back. ARGH!
Every single order will be returned, in full or partially.
We have baked them every conceivable way we can think of, to try and please him (less eggs, more eggs, less milk, more milk, longer bake time, shorter...we've tried everything)
Today, he came in to pick up his order. And he stood over the clerk telling her which ones to put in the containers, all the while telling her that "these had better be good, you people don't know what you're doing, we DEPEND on these custards!"
We're wondering what time he'll be back in to return them. This time though, we'll have him: We will tell him that he picked out each and every cup that he wanted. There's no returning them this time!

"You'd feel a Hell of a lot better if you'd just rip into the occasional customer."
