I went to a midnight showing, and I enjoyed it. Only big fans go to midnight showings, usually, and they're generally amused or happy about the same things, so it works out nicely. No non-obsessed people to alienate.

I enjoyed mine too. There was cheering when the HP logo came up but then it went down to a *hush* when the movie started. Aside from the laughter and the occasional verbal outburst - the *duh* reaction to Fudge and many people saying to Umbridge "I must not tell lies" along with Harry, there was nothing that disturbed the movie. It was great.
