I've had parts thrown at me when an SC didn't get their undeserved way. Twice. Both times they were kicked out with no refund. You did a lot more for her than I would have. Could you have called mall security on her?

It was my third day working at the video game retail store that's an anagram for stamegop, and our MIT (manager in training) and myself were opening the store by ourselves that day. Since she was in training, our DM decides to drop in. Lucky us.

Well, the previous day, I had sold to a couple that was from the middle east a couple of gameboy advance SP's, figuring that the ones my coworkers had gotten me out of the backroom were in functionally sound shape and would work. I told them they could bring it back and we would refund it or switch it out within thirty days if it didnt. Seems fair, no? Whatever.

This woman comes in the next day, and her gameboy wasn't working. Instead of just asking for a refund like I promised her I would do, she accuses me of trying to cheat her, trying to swindle her. Went a little something like this:

M(me)
DM(not a complete douche)

W: This man remembers me! He tried to rip me off, and he told me that if I opened it, that I'd have to buy it and that I could not try it before I buy it!

DM: *looking at me with looks to kill* Did you tell her that?!?

M: Come on, sir, of course I didn't. We simply explained that if it didn't work_

W*screaming* NO! NO he didn't! He's a liar!

*Hurls gameboy*

*me, being the ninja I am, catches it with my face, slightly pissed off*

M: *silent, fuming, yet, confused and dazed*

DM: Ma'am, I will not allow you to throw things at our employees! We will give you your refund but I do not want to ever see you in this store again!

M: Alright, let me do the return quickly for you ma'am.

W: You don't understand, this is not right! He's trying to cheat me and my husband, and I will go to the mall manager about this, he's a cheater and a liar, and in my country I have had many people like this man arrested for the rape of Israeli women! (I'm a rapist, by the way. One of my many *talents* apparently.)

M:*finishes refund, informs her to have a nice day*

W: I'll get you all fired you swindling american pigs!

M:*looks back at manager in training and other customers, who just witnessed something that made them have to cry from holding back laughter*
