Bring money with you

Now me, I personally like giving out change. But then, I work in a cushy drug store where if I need smaller bills, I can just call for them, and a manager will sell them to my drawer

But I'll tell you this much: the fewer small bills and change, the faster it is to check out the drawer at the end of the day.

It's an art form, really.

Managers love the pharmacy, because we always have about 10 large bills between our 3 tills at night. Occasionally I have to call to have a manager break a bill for me (if someone comes after 10 at night with a big bill and a small copay) but usually if I can't break it in the till I'm using, I have the advantage of running over to one of the other 2 and breaking it in those for change.
