That's the best answer I was always given when putting a customer in their place on this. I recall the woman who tried to tell me, "Well, it's just a business I have on the side making arts and crafts." Business is business, and if you are using your phone to make money, giving out your phone number for business purposes, that is a business phone. If you are paying residential rates and make this claim, we are still going to treat your phone as a residence until you decide to open your wallet and pour out some more dough for it.
