I came in this morning, and found this lady did receive a $3 credit, but she still had to pay the past balance of $23. Her claim was she had no e-mail service for 11 days, which was another one of her twisted spun out lies, but I let that one go. She managed to speak to five people, none of them would credit her entire balance, stating she needs to pay the bill from now on. Victory!

You bet I will. I don't think this is over yet. I should also point out that on her BBB complaint, she also was seeking monetary damages of $50,000 for loss of business. When our BBB analyst replied, she noted to them that this lady pays residential rates for an account she is using for a business. I wonder how they'll react to that one?Quoth earl colby pottinger View PostPost more if she tries for more credits.
