You guys won't believe this but in today's letter a girl complains about how she's trying to grow her hair out for Locks of Love and people keep coming up to her and yanking on her ponytail.
Abby responds that it is inappropriate for people to be grabbing her hair and to tell them to knock it off.

So the message here is: don't grab somebody's ponytail. It is inappropriate.
However, feel free to approach somebody working in a store and wearing the company uniform and nametag, and just grope them as much as you like. If they tell you off, they will be losing a customer and that is not recommended.
