    We're CLOSED.

    Related by a coworker (CW)

    Her theater closed recently. On the last day of operation, a SC came in.

    SC: Excuse me, what's playing tomoroow?
    CW: Nothing. We're closed tomorrow.
    SC:...
    CW:...
    SC: I asked you what's playing tomorrow.
    CW: Er, nothing. We're closed starting tomorrow. Tonight is the last night. Ever.
    SC: Well, you're very rude! *huffs away*
    CW: OK...

    Another of the "you didn't give me the answer I wanted"="rude" variety.

    For some reason, he reminds me of the guy who froze to death at the drive-in theater. He went to see "Closed for the Winter."

              I guess if he was really bad, you could have told him:

              "Ok, we're not supposed to say anything cause it's being kept hush hush, but we've got an advanced screening of the Heath Ledger Joker Movie playing tomorrow for a test audience to get their reactions to it. Everyone rating it already has their passes but if even one doesn't show up, they immediately go and pick the nearest guy off the street to replace them. And there's always that one who misses it. But make sure you arrive REAL early or you'll miss the boat."

                  Nice!!!! Man, days like that (as unfortunate as they are) where business close for good gives a once in a lifetime opportunity to really show the SC's how we feel.
