Some customers are conversational. I find this mildly annoying but they're always on the nicer side of the spectrum so it doesn't bother me too much, as long as the subject matter is appropriate for conversation between strangers. Tonight's cust was trying to order adult PPV for him and his wife and the lovely little comments he made to me were definitely not appropriate.

"we've been having such a good night so it took me a long time to call you"
"well if you can't get it to order you can't get it to go in, I guess we'll just do it the old fashioned way"

As evil as the guy who masturbated on the phone? No, but in a way it was worse. That guy was just a psychopath, this person seemed to think these comments were acceptable parts of conversation with strangers.

    And a quickie:
"Okay, and your new password will need to be at least eight characters."
    "Cowboy."
    "That is six characters."
    "Cowboy... s?"
"That is seven characters. How about Cowboys1?"

I think that definately falls under too much information. I mean I'm glad they have a good sex life with eachother and enjoy watching movies together but that really is between the two of them and not random people on the other end of the phone!

My only guess is that he felt a little embarrassed at ordering porn so he wanted you to know that his wife was watching it with him so he wouldn't seem like a perv.

Sorry you had to take that call! Here's for that guy...
It's been a long, long, long, long time...
