Ever make an enemy out of a customer? (Long!)

Today, 99% of my customers were civil, 1% was not. I work in banking. I have made a genuine enemy of this one customer......she HATES me and her husband SWEARS at me and calls me a b***h. Why do you ask? Because when she asks me for a balance on a business account that she is not authorized on......I tell her that I am sorry, but I can't give you the balance because you are not a signer on the account. (Husband is never with her when she asks for it.) This has been going on for months. Every time it's the same. I explain that I can't give the balance, and she tells me how ridiculous it is and how I give her a hard time every single time she comes in. Hello! Privacy and security on bank accounts are my job! You want a balance on YOUR account? No problem! Shall I give it to anyone else that may ask for it? HELL NO! (It is a business account belonging to HUSBAND and another person.) So she hates me with a passion. Every time I have to get on the speaker to talk to her, she starts bad-mouthing me to whoever she is on the goddamn cell phone to. Today she also wanted me to do something which I cannot do in the drive thru. (Not the balance thing - something different.) It of course escalated into a complaint- fest and swearing husband. They were told to go inside for the transaction, I asked my supervisor to PLEASE back me up on why I couldn't be bullied into doing something I can't do. She made an attempt to explain and was angrilly rebuffed. I am so pissed that these people are seething with hate towards me and I am doing my flippin' job!!!! I am often alone out there, so whenever this "Pissy-I'm-Rich-and-am-better-than-you-and -always-get-what-I-want-Witch" comes in.....I can't avoid her. I have already drafted an email for my bosses explaining my dilemma in case the customers complain. "Kiss my *ss!" is what I'd like to say. She comes in for a fight every time, and when try to explain or give her alternatives....all I get is "blah,blah, yeah,yeah...you hassle me all the time, the other branches don't and you tell me that every time." (Me: "Maybe if you would F***in' listen to what I said, you'd understand it!") I think a few other employees f'd up and must have printed a balance on her receipt or something. So now there is a monster who feels entitled. Screw you....I know my job limitations - banks have rules, regulations, and security to protect your stinkin' money you moron! If the other branch does it for you, then go the hell there then! God! I needed to vent! I'm sorry you have to put up with that bitch, wanna. Like you say, I don't know why she doesn't go to the branches that will do what she wants. Maybe it's the only excitement she gets in her life, since screwing the pool boy isn't as fun as it used to be.
