My uncle lived in a house my grandparents owned rent free. He was given a YEAR to move out, and rather than find a place to live, he TRASHED the house.

Some people are just really sucky when it comes to renting.

About the black sauce, I remember watching the Today Show (or whatever comes on NBC) and they were talking about weird pizzas. In Japan, Pizza Hut has a pizza with hotdog, hamburger patties, and pigs in the blanket on them. There was another pizza with squid ink as the sauce.

Cep is a very tasty kind of mushroom. Wiki says it's most commonly known as porcini, king bolete or penny bun. Not your average pizza mushroom, to say the least.

My cousin had a similar situation. She and her loser husband were staying rent-free in a house her (divorced) parents owned. She had a huge fight with her dad...who promptly threw her ass out. Needless to say, she and her husband trashed the house. There were holes in the walls, lots of garbage everywhere, broken windows...and everything that could have been taken, was. Including the picket fence. Can't say I'm really surprised--this is the same cousin who got into a fight at the local watering hole--she's always been the "black sheep" of the family. Can't understand why most of us deny that we're related

but i'm betting she'll either trash the place or will act like she had no idea she had to move out and will resist tooth and nail.

i mean really... who'd say "well i can't get out of work until 7" when they have a bill like THAT to pay? most companies i know would let you leave to pay your rent so you don't get kicked out.

and most times - even if the court date gets canceled - the renter can get charged for the court session.

By the time it's all said and done, the place will barely be standing. The refrigerator will be knocked over. The kitchen and bathroom sinks will be ripped out of the walls. The toilet will be ripped off and knocked over, the shower head will be bashed off. There will be urine and feces and sperm and blood all over every square inch of carpeting. There will be entire ashtrays of cigarette butts ground into said urine, feces, sperm and blood stains. The TV will be thrown out of the window and laying in 1,000 pieces in the front yard.

Now having said that, I would like a stuffed crust, cheese pizza please
