    back to the sucky ones

    Ok guys I gotta keep you entertained with the sucky customers because lets face it, this is the juicy stuff and boy is this one juicy

    So a lady calls upset because she got switched to another property because the owner was doing maintenance

    Guest: yea we just drove by that house (at 10:30 at night) and nobody is there and you told us it was blocked for maintenance

    Me: that is correct but I'm sure they dont work 24/7

    Guest: ok well I am going by there again first thing in the morning and if nobody is there, I am gonna demand that you give us a key

    Me: we cant do that

    Guest: and what if we just break in to the house?

    Me: then you will be arrested

    Guest: are you threatening me, you son of a bitch?

    She called back and told my coworker how "insulted" she was and complained incessantly about where she was.....she was upset that it didnt have walk in closets like the one she booked.

      OK - I know this is the minor piece of insanity next to the great huge whale of insanity, but who the hell needs walk in closets for a vacation property ?

      Just how many suitcases would you have to pack ??

      I think if I had a property to rent out for vacations and it had walk in closets (which will never happen - I don't own anything more expensive than my computer) I'd consider them a waste of space and try and convert the space to something people could actually appreciate on a weeks vacation.
