As a child herd, I can tell you I am supposed to do my job for the love of children, and the joy of teaching them things. NOt sure how I pay rent with this salary....

FUnny how they shut right up when I tell them I spent just as much time in college as my engineer husband, so why not pay me the same? He might be able to make a chemical plant, but *I* can make new engineers. Why is that less important?
