I am referring to the customers who call the cable company to report a cable bill issue (mostly due to them not paying for it and LETTING it raise to 500) by using their cellphone and then blame me because I have wasted their precious minutes.Quoth Evil Queen View PostSo am I. If thier minutes is so important to them, they shouldn't use their cellphone when the problem is severe like being charged for 10 boxes instead of 7 or a cable service issue or if they are too stupid to understand WHY their bill is high when the answer is QUITE obvious if they looked at EVERY SINGLE BILL.

I think it could apply to anyone who works in a call center. I had that happen all the time where a customer would call on their cell, argue, whine, bitch and moan about everything I said and then complain that I was wasting their minutes. When they're the one dragging the encounter out longer than it needs to be.My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. Same hereQuoth Akasa View PostSome people(like me) only have a cell phone.
But, I don't call up a place that I know has a chance of taking a while, then whine because they're wasting my minutes, when I'm the one that called /them/. And it's things that I'm doing that's causing the conversation to draw out this long.

There is no breed of dog more in need of our compassion; in need of our call to arms on their behalf; and in need of what should be the full force of our enduring sanctuary.

Sorry, Akasa.
We're not rippin' on people who have cell phones, just unprepared people.
Falls into the same category as the people who call up with billing issues but don't have their account number, the bill in question, and a pen & paper at hand to take information and then complain that they're not getting ideal service.
