These people were walking around with $500 CASH on them? That by itself is stupid...
And yes, I am willing to bet that someone WILL try to hold the hotel responsible for "allowing" these crooks to be on the property despite the fact that these guests tried to buy into something illegal on its face. Someone in corporate will figure it is cheaper to pay off a $500 claim than to pay an attorney $400 per hour to fight it."Ignorance is no excuse for a law."
