Just on closing a SC comes to the door, are you closing she asked as I am about to close the door.
I replied it's ok to come in if you know what you want.
She wanted to look at something for her dog that was teething.
I showed her our range of products.
Then she says to me "I can get them wholesale" to which I replied " I don't need to know that" and I promptly went to open the door for her to leave.

Beware! That usually is taken as the invitation for the SC to wander around for forty-five minutes looking at twenty-odd different things before deciding s/he really isn't in the mood to buy anything but a candy bar.

If you call us and let us know that you are coming to rent, we will stay open an extra 30 minutes. We understand that we close, when it is rush hour traffic. And we understand that you get off work around the time we do. But after the 30 minutes is up and you are not here. Then tough shit for you
