yeah these morons are #10 on my "top 10 customers you don't want to see" list. But the worst of any on the list. Not always business men, but usually.
As much as I like just giving customers their 10 cents to make them shut up and get the hell out of the store, from reading this site I feel motivated to do the exact opposite and I feel good about it if the moron is wrong (read - 90% of the time). I think sometimes customers act angry to intentionally get a discount. They figure if they're angry, we'll give them the discount so they'll shut up and move along.

Never watch the safety demo, they prefer to read the Financial Times. Hmmm remind me who I won't be rescuing in an emergency evacuation!
