Well, since the director decided that it would be easier for the public to find staff if we all wore red shirts, it will be kind of pointless to try to identify a staff member by the fact she wore a red shirt.
Anyway, his tone was so douchebaggy. While he filled out a complaint form he was complaining, and here's this nugget of wisdom from his mouth: We're the customers! Not staff!" and also, "If one employee does this then the others will start doing it". Yeah, because we are all 8 yrs old.
His complaint (with his exact words):
I came in here today and your child patrons were running. Your lady security officer spoke to them but they ran so fast [stratched out]she did [/stratched out] they did not here. The lady security was too lazy to follow them and make sure they got the message.
Also, your black lady employee w/red T-shirt on jumped on the elevator before I had a chance to get off you need to tell your employees that they are not the patrons.
Huh, so we are suppose to wait for the customer to get out or in the elevator? Instead of the common sense thing to wait for people to get off the elevator first? A lot of people rush in the elevator w/o letting the people out first and also they jump in front of people who are trying to get on.
And no one has been traumitized before when the "rules" were broken.
Except him. He's probably going to stay up all night thinking about this.
And yeah, there are times that staff gets on the elevator w/o waiting for somene to get off. Usually because they are preoccupied. Usually the douchebag just stands there for a few seconds when the doors open, then he/she realizes the doors open on his/her floor, but by then people are getting on the elevator.
Also, why should security run after kids? That means no one is guarding the door, making sure no one is ripping us off or trying to walk in with shotgun, a shui-tzu and a rolled-up sleeping bag.
