SC Logic: Complain to the manager about the employees doing what they are instructed to do by management. Yeah, that works. They must think that you go around behind management's back and order all this stuff pre-made on your own.

Um, I know of at least one conveniance store that I stop at that has fresh doughnuts every weekday, and of two doughnut shops that have dozens they make themselves everyday. One is even 24-hour! Hell, if Dayton keeps going the way it is, the whole region will look like a doughnut from above. A ring of suburbs and small cities surrounding the ghost-town that was Dayton.Quoth mharbourgirl View PostOk, that settles it. I'm moving to Australia. You folks have beer, bbq, vegemite and now preservative-free donuts??? I am SO there.

And see, here I have the opposite problem. We have half-baked, frozen donuts delivered. We thaw them, finish baking them, then frost them and sell them. When people discover that we do not, in fact, spend our entire days making every single product from scratch, they often threaten to complain to my manager.

Here's the thing... there's a Woolworths 4 minutes drive away that sells both Balfours and Villis. And they're cheaper than our convenience store prices. And they're open during the day (when this happened).Quoth fireheart17 View PostAnd I think it might be a lack of conveinience for his lazy ass to *shock horror* WALK or DRIVE to the nearest supermarket and pick up a Balfours Donut. (Granted, the supermarket near my place sells Villis, but still...)

Obviously because the douchewaffle is an ass. And I think it might be a lack of conveinience for his lazy ass to *shock horror* WALK or DRIVE to the nearest supermarket and pick up a Balfours Donut. (Granted, the supermarket near my place sells Villis, but still...)
I am so glad that work does their own baked stuff so I don't have to worry about doucheasauruses cracking the shits over lack of Balfours.

What a douchenozzle. What is he complaining about? If he likes balfour's donuts why doesn't he get balfour's donuts? If they are so readily available, he shouldn't have a problem finding some.

Today some pratt threw a tantrum because the donuts we sell are from a small local bakery and not Balfour's. (Balfour's being the main baked goods company in South Australia.)
Maybe he's gotten used to all the preservatives in the big brand name stuff that gets delivered on a weekly basis and can't handle preservative-free donuts that get made fresh and delivered every morning?Tags: None
