In a rush?

As mentioned in the Management thread last Saturday was a nightmare. But what really got to me was this one couple who came in and complained about everything after eating and paying. Saying they were in a rush, (the male swore at the manager as well....big no-no) and everything down to laughing at how inept the staff were. This annoyed my manager and all staff in the area as we're all busting a gut and everyone else is getting served properly...so why were these any different? Who knows? They probably weren't.

The best/worst thing? Their 'mad rush' which enabled them to complain....the complaint lasted for over half an hour following their meal....
