  • Customer w/ an attitude: "what is an event list?"

    The garage was reserved today.

A customer here to teach at the cadete class *has an attitude; has been here before when the garage was reserved*

    me: me
    customer w/ attitude: cwa

me: "Hi, how may I help you?"
cwa: *already has an attitude* "Yeah..I'm here to teach a cadete class"
me: "I'm sorry, but the garage is reserved today, & I can only allow people on the event list to park. I'm sorry, but I do not have any parking spaces for anyone else."
    cwa: "What's an event list?"
me: *Well.. you already have an attitude. If you want me to respond negatively, I won't. I'll stall by saying "I'm sorry"*
    me: "I'm sorry"
cwa: "What is an event list?"
    me: "A list of events"
cwa: *no reply; backed up & exited*

cadet class implies a degree of militariness. The correct answer is "Classified, sir".

So, like, an ROTC detachment? If so, I'd report it to the detachment commander.

Bravo! Giving a correct but unhelpful answer! I love doing that to SCs.
