Front? Side? Underneath the shop?

(after the SC paid for a bag of ice)

SC: "Where's your bags of ice?"
Me: "The freezer out the front."
SC: "Around the side?"
Me: "No, out the front."
SC: "Right, the front."

So he goes outside, walks right past the front freezer, around the side (where there's a second, locked freezer which we use to refill the front one). And comes back into the store.

SC: "The one out the side's locked."
Me: "Get ice from the freezer out the front."

So he goes out, looking around as if he can't believe there could possibly be a freezer in front of the shop. And then looked surprised when he found it right in front of him.
