Old people just have nothing better to do than hang around at a fast food joint, grocery store, etc. for hours and hours drinking coffee. It's the thing to do when your old apparently. I'm not really looking forward to it........

All of the old people that I deal with are spending their retirement doing various hobbies. Like quilting or model railroading. Just because you're old doesn't mean the only thing to do all day long is loiter.

Pardon my ignorance, but I always thought old folks got to McDonalds at 6 am and drank coffee and sat there until 2 pm every day. INSIDE.

LOL My late grandfather, along with about a half-dozen or so of his buddies, usually went to Mickey D's for "coffee" in the mornings. They'd tell war stories, hang out, and just have a good time. At least Grandma knew where he was...and that he and his buddies weren't out causing trouble

Our places of work GREATLY differ.. seeing as we sell lunch 24hours a day, breakfast from 3am-11am sun-sat, and even some breakfast items after 11am... yours seems simpler ..
