    If it was so important, surely she could have rented it for the night, then exchanged it the next day?
    Or headed to one of the stores that's open 247, gotten the correct game for the birthday and then returned the original game the following day.

        Cake is what makes a party a party. Kids need the sugar not a video game. It was likely the parents wanted the game to keep the kids out of their hair.

          Daughter's 2-year birthday party? 50+ balloons on the floor and some cupcakes and sliced fruit to snack on. Attendees aged 6 months to 4 years. Best cheapo party ever.
