I've worked in two different coffee shops (One was Timmies), and there will always be people who expect you to mind read. Working in the one I'm in now, I hate it when the Tim Horton's crowd comes through, they expect you to hold their hand all the way through and they get angry when you don't.

I am very, very fenicky when it comes to coffee, once i find a combination i like i stick to it.

so my order usually sounds like this:
        I'll have...*big breath*
        A small
        *ticks off on finger*
        Decaf
        *ticks off on finger*
        Vanilla Latte
        *ticks off on finger twice*
        with whipped cream
*smiles, looking like i just acomplished something*
        Thank you! ^_^

yeah, i'm odd, but considering how simple (readlain) my tastes usually are this is a jump for me

that's actually very simple. I find it's the people who work there that make up the complicated drinks, and fill every box 4 times over.

I can't believe no one has mentioned this yet so .......

"Coffee doesn't need a menu it needs a cup maybe a saucer under the cup but that's it."

That's very true. That is also how tea should be enjoyed. Simple. It's nice.
