Today, a customer came up to the desk wanting to know the prices of the passover items she had. I checked them and they came up full price and she insisted that they should be half off and even tried to argue with me about it. Where I work, if the customer gets insistant, we have to give them what they want so she got each item at least half off. After the transaction, I apologized for the inconvenience which she accepted and then she left.
