A woman sent an email requesting obituaries. We found them and emailed her the price. She sends a check and we receive it 5/5, and with the check is a copy of the email with another requested hand-written in. On 5/22 I finished the second request and sent her an email telling her the price. On 5/28 she sends an email to us. Best I can figure out was someone else worked on the first request again. Or maybe she marked the email we sent her as "unread" and latter found it again and assumed we re-emailed her about the first request.
Personally, I don't like her tone and the caps and the multiple question marks. Also, she says she is going to call us? And how can we look at the right, when the email has nothing to the right? It was the letter with something to the right.

I have the Gill ones. I received and paid for them quite a ways back. It is the PHYLIS YARD I put off to the right in MY hand writing. Please respond back if you do not see it and I will call it in. I really need it BADLEY. Thank-you. Ms. blah blah
