  • Passenger flips when I can't hang their jacket

In biz class we hang jackets in the tiny wardrobe on our short flights as a courtesy. We do not have magical wardrobe space.

My last flight had 20 passengers in biz and most of them wanted their jackets hung.

The wardrobe fills up and I apologise to one man and suggest that he hangs his jacket on the hook on the seatback or places it in the overhead.

"I want it hung up, can't this airline do anything right?"

I explain the wardrobe is full and he can see it from his seat, it is very very full.

There is nothing I can do. Man is pissy all flight. All over a damn jacket. Sigh.

Not only that, but apparently (for some people) it's okay to demand space in it. (That's what they think, anyway!)

        This one deserves a

I wasn't aware that planes had closets either, but I don't ever fly outside of coach class.

Katie, you are posting an awful lot about SC in Business Class, much more than their quota (compared to Coach) would normally be good for.

Have things gone that bad with business travellers? Did the EWs invade Biz recently?

That sounds like a very ambiguous promotion.

As senior crew I am in charge of the cabin and flight attendants and as my position is 'number 1' I sit on a jumpseat by the forward doors, therefore my working position for the flight is mainly in biz class at the front.

The one time I flew First Class it was nice but I was there because of frequent flyer miles so I don't think I had a sense of entitlement about it. But as I pass by first class to coach, I see the smug looks on some of their faces and that just screams asshole. Okay, yes you paid more to get to same place I'm going but geeze......
