The first spell is useless on the phone, and the second one is kind of risky over the phone as well.Low lie the Fields of Athenry/ Where once we watched the small free birds fly/ Our love was on the wing/ we had dreams and songs to sing/ It's so lonely around the Fields of Athenry

Your problem is that you didn't get Logic enough Lore spells, and you didn't even take Reason to the Veldt to train. It's still a tough fight even if you do manage to get to Form 5: CC Number.Quoth Gravekeeper View PostForm 4:

Yes they are unionized, but their union has agreed to some strange things. They do not get bathroom breaks. At all. An 8 hour shift will have no breaks, with the employee being paid at the end of the year for all of the half-hour and the two 15's that the labour code says they would normally get. This means bringing a sandwich and taking bites at red lights, and holding it unless your bus stops at a mall or something for a few minutes before starting the next loop, giving you time to run to the bathroom. Now, some shifts are split; 4 hours, a few hours off, and 4 more hours, but it's still cruel, especially if your stomach is acting up that day! And yet the union has agreed to it!

I cannot imagine that the collective agreement between the employer and the union can override basic labour codes. I am also a unionized worker and that sh*t would not fly at bargaining time! Eight hours of driving straight-that is dangerous for all involved....you need a break once in a while.Quoth GuardingYourLife View PostYes they are unionized, but their union has agreed to some strange things. I'm not sure how it works where you are, but I've read the Ontario labour code and for almost every point there is an "unless other wise agreed, in writing, between the employer and employee." Almost ANY section can be violated as long as the employee is willing to agree to it, including forfeiting overtime by averaging hours out over periods as long as a month, forfeiting the 11 hours a day with no work, etc. And a lot of the stuff in the labour code just doesn't apply to parks and rec jobs, which is where I work. We're technically not entitled to our 15 min breaks for shifts 5 hours or more, nor are we entitled to a half hour for lunch should we be on a shift for 8 hours.Quoth BusBus View PostI cannot imagine that the collective agreement between the employer and the union can override basic labour codes. When it comes to driving, yes, 8 hours straight is not ideal. They try to schedule splits where there is 4 hours on, a few off, and 4 more hours on but it isn't always possible and many drivers prefer the 8 hours straight. Who wants 2 hours in the middle of the day where you don't get paid but don't really have enough time to accomplish anything of value? I think the drivers put up with it because they really do make a crazy amount of money and have the most ridiculous benefits I've ever heard of. As soon as my mom got hired she was making more than my dad (who has over 25 yrs experience at his company and makes decent money) and she gets just about everything you can imagine covered; dental, prescriptions, eyeglasses...and they cover almost 100% too.

If you DID have to fight that form, you'd have a much easier time against AmEx. It's got less HP.Quoth Gravekeeper View PostHehe, that's not an order account. >.>

It'sa Luigi you say? …...nah, too easy.

....wow you're just asking for it aren't you?
Well of course I'm gonna take the easy one. You don't earn Ws by not cashing in on your good trades with the free followups, right?
