I find it really disturbing how much of this thread I actually get, considering I haven't done any real gaming in almost 10 years.

I got most of the thread immediately, and with one exception, I have not done any gaming for over TWENTY years.

The one exception was one time when I was invited to join a gaming group for a night, a night of guys gaming with cigars and beers. Sounded like a plan to me! And it was entertaining. Very entertaining. Especially the end of the night, which involved me talking the drunken suicidal host out of the loaded pistol he stole from his stepfather.

Who says gamers don't know how to throw a good party?
