Sweet & low does have a little dextrose in it as a filler. It acts as a dessicating agent and makes sure the product flows easily. There's not enough of it to add up to anything caloric (4g sugar = 1 calorie) so it's still diet. And really, one calorie? That's as much energy as I burn bringing the beer to my lips.
