I had barely punched in and turned my phone on when one of the store pharmacists calls and tells me that a customer needs help in my area (health and beauty care). I head back there and the lady wants me to check in the back to see if we have any more of a certain hair dye. I say "Okay, I'll go check in the back". She thanked me and I set off. I took no detours but headed straight back, checked, and returned. I am greeted by the sight of the store directer. He's very stern, strict, and always wears a suit. He goes, "Are you helping this customer?" Well, turns out that the lady had flagged him down and started whining about how long I was taking and where WAS I waaaaah. Good Lord, lady. Do you expect me to teleport into the backroom, or what? It's a LONG WALK! Good grief. She would find the goddamn store director to whine to.
Later the greeter called me over and I was introduced to Ms. Entitlement. She wanted a certain kind of allergy medicine and when I started looking for it on the shelf she acted like I was an idiot because I didn't know it was a controleld substance, only available in the pharmacy. Well, the pharmacy was closed. Apparently she wanted me to break in and get her her pills. Okay, lady, not going to happen. The pharamacy is locked up, and we have absolutely no way to get inside tonight. She tells me to call my manager-who tells me the same thing-there's nothing we can do. As I explain this, she sighs, rolls her eyes, and has that "what a bunch of idiots" look on her face. "This is ridiculous. There has to be a way to get in. What are we supposed to do if the pharmacy is closed?!"
