It's not really too bad, but it did stick out:
SC: Do you have those poster size singing cards?
Me: I'm new but I can ask.
Me to store associate "Do we carry those big poster sized singing cards?
Store associate: "No we don't."
SC: "Okay, thanks."
We leave the card department
On the way back to the front, SC says to me: "Do you mind if I leave these? (She shows me the basket of deodorant, soap, and hairspray, on her arm.) I'm going to Walmart to get them, because I know Walmart would have them."
I take the basket off her hands, a bit perturbed, not sure what remark to make, that she should purchase said items. I tend to get timid and shy at new jobs, not liking to be pushy, because I don't want to get fired on my first day.
