Oh, God, she's got a website.
I googled just to see the broomstick cursor. Cute.

    But, uh... iCoven?

Silver Ra... That... That has to be made up. Nobody could possibly expect to be taken seriously, even by the fluffy bunnies, with a name like Silver Ravenw...

Oh, God, she's got a website.

And... Oh my God. The cursor turns into a broomstick.

What the hell. This is a joke, right?
If it only it were a joke... Her stupid is cringe-worthy. It burnsssss!

        There's an iCoven? Seriously?

        WTF?!

Additionally, one of the people posted "My name is Angelica (its pronounced in Spanish)"

        That phrase. It confuses me.

IOW, it's pronounced "ahn-HEH-lee-ca" instead of "ann-GEL-ih-ca" - but yeah, that's a pretty confusing way to put it.

Those people scare me. *cowers in the corner*

Some people like to talk about "new-age" stuff with staff of restaurants for long periods of time. At the first restaurant I worked at I had a woman start talking to me about some ultra-modern cleansing remedies she had been using, and how important it is for me to cleanse my body.

            Sorry, not interested.

Common gag, I hear a lot of Asian comedians use it.

Speaking of racial slurs, I once met a Vietnamese kid named Charlie.
There's two that always make me do a double-take. Henry Cho, stand-up, born and raised in Tennessee. (Honestly, he sounds like he's from Hobbs, NM.) And Katie Leung that plays Cho Chang in the "Harry Potter" movies. Very disconcerting to hear a Scottish brogue coming out of her!

              Alfred Molina gets me, too.

Know the feeling there... of course the two bookstores here seem to carry for about half their section the grand trinity of fluffy-dom Cunningham (actually not too bad, but rarely ever really read),
I love his books and he left us too early. I like his take on things.

and the patron goddess of fluffy bunies everywhere Silver Ravenwolf....
You should read the rant about her on "The Cauldron" website! http://www.ecauldron.net/opedtarnishedsilver.php

Wicca and all witchcraft are the same? That will come as a surprise to a lot of us. I know several people, myself included, that answer to "witch" be we are not Wicca.

              My favorite is Isaac Bonewits.

There's some debate on whether she's a fluffy turned author that Llewellyn puts out to fill space or to say, see this is how NOT to do this whole Wicca thing or if she's really just a new age author trying to cash in on Wicca.... we're not sure, but a lot of even fluffy-ish wiccans I know are >.< about her, kinda acknowledged that she's the neopagan equivalent of.... uhm... chicken soup without you know anything meaningful.

MMMMMMMMM Katie Leung, has what I likes in a girl there.

Oh yeah... my favorite was the local Wicca rag's review on the FIRST printing of Teen Witch.... the one with the cover that just looked like a bunch of teens about to go out for a night of raising bacchuss and doing the five pointed kiss without you know kissing anything but the groin...repeatedly, I seriously don't know HOW she affords to write more... guess it must be bile fascination... almost like Oberon-Zell's stuff.

I'm ok with Boewits, but meh, the whole _____ Magic series that came out after Practical get me a little riled because were it not for that book, you wouldn't have that almost Ravenwolf worthy Northern Magic book. *grumbles*

Have you seen the "Star Trek Guide to Neo-Paganism"? Llewellyn are the Borg.

Just about choked on the beginning AND end, yes Llewellyn as the bog made me laugh, and hey we might be about fighting and honor, but you gotta admit us Asatruar are real party animals when we need to be.

As to the attitude. Have you ever met anyone who calls himself a "good Christian" who wasn't an asshole, a hard core lefty who wasn't a miser?
Yes, I have....till they give me Chick Tracts.

The broomstick is cute, but I prefer my sword cursor with a flashing blue stone in the hilt. It's the blackrock sword from Ultima VII.

Yeah, just like all Christian denominations are the same.
