Background: Customer was upset because sales agent didn't give her the channels promised. We couldn't add those channels without increasing the bill.

), Discovery/TLC, and the major networks. We don't have any movie channels like HBO or Showtime, or any HD channels (seeing as how we don't have an HDTV).
We were paying that just 3 years ago through Local Cable company for just Digital cable w/8 boxes. That price didnt' include our Internet . . . w/Internet it was over $200.00. And no digital phone (my mom still prefers traditional landline w/BlueBall, formerly known as HellSouth.)
