When stupid turns sucky

As I mentioned over on Brain Burps, sometimes patrons try to cram the VHS tapes on the shelves in a more aesthetically pleasing configuration which doesn't actually fit. Normally, this is just the sign of an annoying and thoughtless patron. Someone managed to take it to the level of Sucky, though. Apparently, the stress finally made some of the shelf pegs pop out. Rather than tell the staff or anything, the customer decided to hook the pegs on the edge of the shelf and hope no-one would notice. When I discovered it this morning, the strain this put on the shelf below was putting it in danger of popping out, too.
