    I am not giving you a credit card

    Owner calls in his own booking for a guest and asks me to call the guest for pasyment. Ok no problem

    Me: This is Dave calling about an owner booking, I just need your credit card

    Guest: I dont want to give you a credit card

    Me: ok well the owner requires it

    Guest: I dont care....I have been coming there for 20 years and never been asked for a credit card

    Me: I need a credit card on file....I wont charge it

    Guest: do you need a q tip, I said I aint giving you a fuckin credit card

    Me: ok then you'll have to call the owner

    Guest: no, you'll have to call the owner...this is ridiculous all the years I have been there to be treated like this

    Me: ok sir, I'll call the owner (just to shut him up)

    I call the owner who apparently called this man and he calls back raising hell

    Guest: How dare you tell the owner I was rude to you. I wasnt rude to you. I will sue your sorry ass for slander. Cancel this fucking reservation, you fucking piece of lying fucking worm shit. How dare you. How fucking dare you.....


    I just hung up on him

        VRS, DID you say he was rude? I mean, with the amount of crap you put up with, I'd think I'd have just kept my head down and just told the owner that someone wants a rental without a card. Wouldn't be much of a tale to tell, but it'd make work less shitty.
