I don't care if a store has a public restroom or not, but either have it or don't.
When I worked at TJ Maxx, our store had the stupidest policy ever. Bathrooms were for employees only. Unless a customer asked to use it. Then an employee had to go back to the restrooms with the customer, UNLOCK the restroom, and stand there until the customer came out.
This was very, very fun at Christmas, I can tell you.
Because we were NEVER shorthanded and didn't have ANYTHING else to do. I didn't mind when it was pregnant women, old people, little kids, etc. But many times I wanted to strangle the stupid women who giggled, "I guess I had too many Diet Cokes at lunch, hee- hee!"

I have yet to see this bathroom, though, but I know where it is... The fun part is a reason to need to use it, and then getting past the refrigerators the unloaders have likely stuck in front of the door(And the EMERGENCY EXIT... Yes, smart...).
