    it was nice to be able to say to a customer who was really deserving "did I hear you ask me if I had any coupons? I'm sorry I don't, but I do have this handy dandy paper that lets me manually imput one for you".
    Which is why I'm still pushing to open my own gaming store --- reward the nice customers and kick the jackasses to the curb!!!!

    Reward the nice ones!! There's GOT to be a balance out there somewhere, yanno?!

      Yup.

      There has to be some middle ground, between the loud obnoxious folks getting rewarded right and left for being belligerent and bullying retail workers and genuinely nice, wonderful, pleasant people who get nothing simply because they're too awesome to throw a hissy fit over stupid shit.
