my coworker took a call where the customer wanted a tech to come out at that time which was 1230 am and fix her service who in the right mind except for crack heads would come out to please a just one cust. so he apologized explained that was not possible and the customer got even more pissed off and called him a cocker sucker 3 times after explaining what one was after the first time. lmfao
