a woman (wo) was walking around on the third floor so she came up to me.

Me: Hi, how can I help you.
wo: where do a check out a laptop.
me: First floor.
wo: but where!?!
me:...at the service desks by the computers.

I hate how she expected me to know that she knows that it's on the first floor. Why not stay on the first floor?

I get that all the time too, it would help if people would read signs and write down directions..
