This is a follow up from my "just annoying" guest. He called again today

Guest: yea Dave, I called yesterday and spoke with someone (he didnt realize it was me) and they were very unhelpful and couldnt answer any of my questions but maybe you can.

Me: ok

Guest: I want to know the age of the building in this villa

Me: we dont know that, sir

Guest: ok well how about finding out?

I put him on hold and nobody knows

Me: nobody knows, sir

Guest: yea fine, ok when was the kitchen remodeled on this villa

Me: I am not sure

Guest: you dont know much of anything, do you? Can I speak to a manager to get more information?

Me: what info are you looking for?

Guest: more than what you can tell me

Me: well the property manager for that unit is not in but you can leave her a message

Guest: I dont want to leave a message, I want to speak with her now

Me: well she is not in her office

Guest: well Dave, here is an earth shattering idea, why dont you go find her?

Me: no sir, you can leave her a message

Guest: ok I am getting more than a little agitated with you. I'll call back. What time do you close?

Me: 8:30

Guest: are you sure?

Guest: yes sir

Me: well you havent been able to answer any of my other questions, how am I to know you know the answer to this one?

Guest: I know what time we close

Me: please put me on hold to confirm it

I put him on hold

Me: yes we close at 8:30

Guest: fine, I will call back. Thanks for nothing.

I don't know how Dave hasn't gone to a clocktower, but if he were the sort to do that, he'd probably be better served to take a rifle, instead of a shotgun.
