    I had a real jerk call in today. He had wanted to order an additional storage container, but get a smaller size. That wasn't a problem.

    I gave him pricing. The monthly rate, delivery cost, redelivery, and bottom line total if everything's done within one month or less. The prospective customer thought I was charging him more than what he'd paid for his larger container initially, and before I could elaborate further, he said he'd call back because I wasn't giving him a good price and hung up. He would have been paying less;he had mistaken the bottom line for the initial payment.

    He called back later and someone else set him up. No issues that I could see.

    If he hadn't been a knucklehead and a jerk, that would have been my sale.

    Next time, Mr SC, listen to all of what someone has to say before jumping to conclusions. And don't be a jerk!

    I think I know where you work and I get to deal with alot of those same customers when they have billing questions. Explaining billing to them is lots of fun.
