A few months ago I had to call the police on an older man who just began spouting racial slurs in the middle of the mall and arguing with people. I got him out, but he decided to stop and urinate on a car. The police picked him up at a bar down the street. He was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and banned from our property for no less than one year.
I come into work last night, and I see a report for that day about a man getting arrested for the same thing. Guess who it was
So now we have him for defiant trespass, because he was not supposed to be on our property.
What I would have paid money to see though, was this: The guy has a very bad limp. I didn't know it when I dealt with him, but he had a prosthetic leg. He was so drunk he must not have attached it right and as my coworker was trying to usher him off property his leg kept falling off!
