Hi, new here, work in a call centre and would like to know from other call centre agents what customers do which really irritate them when trying to deal with a call.

There's a search button at the top of your screen on the silver bar underneath the logo to search for keywords (e.g. "call centre" or "call center"). There should be lots and lots and lots of stories already there going back to July 2006.
