Customers that should know better, yet never do

Does anyone else get questions from SC's that you can't answer but that they should know the answer to? Not the general stupdity, I'm thinking of my all time brain twister questions at the mail order pharmacy:

"How long does it take to get something in the mail?" "Why does the mail take so long?"

Not so annoying until you consider that these questions were INVARIABLY asked by members of the group that was composed of....drumroll please...ACTIVE AND RETIRED POSTAL WORKERS.

I always wanted to answer the last one, "The mail takes so long because you bozos spend all your time on the phone whining about nothing instead of working!!"

Or like the ones that had to wait in a massive line to get up to me, and then get tweaked about the wait time. Uhhhh.....do you not see the ream of prescriptions that got dropped off before yours, or the other techs running around madly trying to get crap done? We're freaking busy here!
