I wonder if you can get strap on cletes for when you have to deliver to those sorts of places.

If you get these, use them with extreme caution. A few years ago I had a pair on and walked out onto my ice covered front walkway. I stopped and stood at the top of a short flight of four steps. As I looked around I suddenly found myself on my back in the middle of the driveway, with no knowledge of the trip down the steps and onto the driveway. Fortunately I suffered no injuries. I never wore cleats again.
